24/7 Response Expectations
Overnight calls (10 PM-8 AM): limited to true emergencies, 2-4 hour response, higher after-hours premium. Weekend calls: same-day service with weekend premium, 2-5 hour response. Holiday calls: available for emergencies, holiday premium applies, 3-5 hour response. We always clearly communicate costs before dispatching.
