After-Hours and 24/7 HVAC Availability — What It Means

What after-hours and 24/7 HVAC service actually means. Response times by time of day, weekend and holiday coverage, and when the on-call technician pool operates.

Our Extended Hours — When We Are Available

We offer genuine extended hours beyond the standard 9-to-5 HVAC schedule. Weekday evening hours extend until 10:00 PM Monday through Friday. Saturday service runs 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday service runs 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. These are our published service hours when technicians are actively on the road and available for dispatch. We do not operate a skeleton crew — our full technician team works rotating extended shifts to ensure coverage.

Response Times by Time of Day

Regular weekday hours (8 AM - 5 PM): fastest response, usually 1-2 hours. Extended evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM): typical response 1-3 hours depending on technician location. Saturday service: typical response 1-3 hours, busiest between 9 AM - 2 PM. Sunday service: typical response 1-3 hours, lighter demand means often faster response. Holiday service: available on most statutory holidays with slightly extended response times due to reduced staffing. For true emergencies involving gas, fire, or carbon monoxide, call 911 first, then call us.

What We Mean by 24/7 Online Requests

Our online service request form is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Submit a request at any time — 2 AM, Christmas morning, or during a weekend snowstorm. Technician response and appointment scheduling occur during our published service hours. Submitting a request outside service hours ensures you are first in the dispatch queue when our team begins the next service period. This is ideal for non-urgent issues where you want priority scheduling without waiting on hold during busy daytime hours.

Safety Reminder

If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide or believe there is an immediate danger, leave the property and contact emergency services or the appropriate gas emergency authority. Do not remain inside — exit the building immediately and call for help from outside.
